Carlos Relancio

Carlos Relancio, has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Zaragoza (Spain). He began his professional career as a financial advisor and soon became a specialist in the development of investment projects and management of European Structural Funds. Between 2004 and 2010 he was Vice President and General Manager of Silicio Solar, European leader in the manufacture of silicon wafers for the solar industry; He then founded EuroPV for the development of photovoltaic projects and specialized advice in the photovoltaic sector for various energy multinationals in Latin America, Europe and Asia.
At the end of 2014, he joined Cox Energy, a 100% renewable energy generation and commercialization company, leading the growth of the business since its inception until achieving its international positioning in the photovoltaic generation, commercialization and sale of electricity market through PPAs.
Since the end of 2019, Relancio serves as Director of Renewable Energy at Galp, coordinating the implementation of the strategic lines, in the field of renewable energy, with the aim of giving them greater role and weight in the company’s operations.
